Using Mindfulness and Science to Create the Life You Desire:Intro Program
This is a six week group coaching program, led by Dr. Laura Griffith Garland. In a safe and welcoming environment, this group coaching program allows you to learn how to use your attention, intention, and emotions to reveal and revitalize aspects of your life that you might be struggling with.Groups meet on Wednesdays or Fridays from 12:30pm-2pm(days are subject to change/cancel due to attendance, so BRING A FRIEND)
Participants will be able to focus on specific areas such as (but not limited to) career goals, relationship goals, personal goals, fitness/nutrition goals, and how to bring them all back to center in a harmonious way.
Each week Dr. Garland will guide you into how to identify the blockages or struggles you may experience within your life. She will also help and teach you how to overcome these blockages or struggles by using your innate abilities of attention, intention, and emotional awareness.By learning the reasons why each aspect of the process works, you will find the implementation easier and your results will come more quickly.
