Want to learn how to meditate? Want to have a set time and place to meditate at least once per week? Want to discuss meditation with others who are interested? What to learn new practices or talk about what really works? This is the class for you. We begin with a discussion and then do a meditation. Please bring a meditation cushion (or your choice of meditation equipment) as chairs are limited.
We will focus on achieving brain and heart coherence and discuss how we set goals that have real meaning in our world. We will consider “ends goals” vs. “means goals” and what this means for focusing our intentions. With a combination of breath-work, gentle guidance, and high frequency biophotons, participants can achieve experience significant results.
